The Ragged Cloaking in Vogue

October 26, 2018 8:05 amComments Off on The Ragged Cloaking in Vogue

Vogue.com, a lifestyle magazine and website should stick to hanging drapes and stay away from political commentary. When it comes to either they’re missing a stitch.

In their article about ‘The 25 Worst Lies From Donald Trump’s First 200 Days’,

Just pick anyone of their positions from this article and it’s hard to find any model that has a leg to stand on.

For instructive purposes let’s take one of the 20 so-called lies whereby they quote Trumps tweet:

Trump:   February 9: “Chris Cuomo, in his interview with Sen. Blumenthal, never asked him about his long-term lie about his brave ‘service’ in Vietnam. FAKE NEWS!”

Vogue:   This was, in fact, Cuomo’s first question in the interview.

They called this tweet a lie, one of 20, and said that “This was, in fact, Cuomo’s first question in the interview.” Oh! was it now? Below is the full video of that interview.  Cuomo asked Blumenthal two questions, one of DACA and one on the Nunez report. Furthermore it was not the “first question in the interview”. There was no question of Blumenthal’s faking his Vietnam bravery just as Trump said. Fake News!

Vogue aligned themselves with Blumenthal the faker, the Democrat, the disgraced and lied, producing more “Fake News”.

Vogue is a ragged enterprise with a ragged bunch of disdainful liars selling cheap goods at high prices, selling misinformation and cloaking it with self proclaimed righteous and indignation.

Don’t fret about why they do this. They do it because they can and they can get away with it.

It doesn’t matter where you go today the spreading of lies and distortions has reached epidemic proportions in the Main. For people of this kind to criticize others is beyond the pale as they lie their way through life. If they lie in print and in public about public figures you can be sure that they’re lying to their co-workers, partners, family and friends. Their life is just one big lie and you should trust them only as far as you can throw them. These are aggressive actions using falsities and slander from people with no moral standards or boundaries.

Yesterday there was a threat to them and bombs sent in the mail to them and to a man, they’ve changed their tune and are blaming Trump for it and demanding civility where before they called for chaos. They no longer want to punch him in the face, take him out, blow up the White House, nor harass Republicans in their homes and in restaurants, shoot them nor kick them.

If asked, will they rescind their call for incivility and harassment along with their new found fear of retaliation and their newly enlightened call for civility?

Garbage in….. Garbage out…… but what a difference a day makes.

Baying at the Moon

If you listen to MSNBC you’d think the wolves were in the White House and chomping on all the chickens while the Countries going to hell in a hand-basket.

Although already debunked, they’re still running with a story line that money for disaster relief was moved to fund ICE activities.  They say that “the administration has gone from tearing children from the arms of parents to setting up internment camps using disaster relief monies” knowing full well the story is untrue. It was made up by them to begin with and they’re continuing to spread that propaganda like the good communists they are.

On 9/11, MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough says “Trump has done more damage to this Country than the planes that flew into the World Trade Center”.

The Washington Post wrote an article blaming the hurricane approaching the East Coast on Trump claiming he is “complicit” in its approaching destructive force.

Google and Twitter and Facebook lament Trumps triumph in the elections and hold a funeral after his win. They declare that …there is something that they can do about it in the future. The future is now and they are actively engaged in limiting conservative speech and raising that of the left.

Jeff Tooban says “Trump didn’t help Puerto Rico because they aren’t white”, in spite of all the help he did provide.

Senator Kerry who failed in his arms negotiations with Iran is now talking to them and begging them to “wait out the current administration”. There are laws against undermining policies of your own Country and dealing with a foreign enemy. Isn’t that one basis for the “Russian investigation” currently on-going against Trump and would they not happily impeach him if found he colluded with the enemy as is Kerry?

Obama has come out of the wood work and begun,  just as predicted, actively declaring his policies are responsible for the current  record breaking recovery and Trump didn’t do that and neither did you. To paraphrase him:  Earlier, in years past he asked “how are yuh gonna do that?” (bring back jobs lost overseas). “Are yuh just gonna wave a wand or something?” “At some point your just going to to have to accept the fact that those jobs and those businesses are not coming back.”

What also he couldn’t understand is the difference in the deficit-spending he engaged in and the growth policies fostered by Trump. On the one hand  he was well on his way to committing us to a form of suicide as he dove us deeper into debt and we eventually ran out of money ’cause he didn’t have a magic wand. On the other hand Trump is fostering growth and prosperity and bringing those jobs and businesses back.

Former Vice President Biden is back on stage also with an ad that makes him look and sound like he’s selling a reverse mortgage. This guys a beaut!

Then there’s the Great Literate and Democrat Leader, Maxine Waters who learned a big word last year and from under cover keeps repeating “impeach”,  “impeach”, “impeach” and nothing else.

If you listen to MSNBC and the like you’d never know that much of the past Democrat DOJ and FBI and other head administrators are facing possible criminal prosecution.  If you listen to MSNBC there’s an awful lot you’re missing while listening to them bay at the moon.

If you listen to MSNBC and the like you’d never know that your hero’s and heroines are really just making up the news and your being misinformed. If you don’t know that the Country is experiencing an economic boom you will not be able to make an informed decision for the present nor your future. You may even be left behind.

If you listen to MSNBC and the like and you repeat what they have told you and follow the pack, you will look like a fool. You are being manipulated and brain washed. The news you receive is pointed and directed and not free-wheeling as you would expect it should be. All of it to mold your opinion and shape it and omit anything to the contrary.

If you listen to MSNBC and the like you’ll become the sheep for the wolves who bay at the moon.

Cunning Stunts

You have to watch these Democrats. They have no shame. Senator Cory Booker pulled out all the stops yesterday. During the confirmation hearings for Judge Kavanaugh the ambitious, presidential candidate Senator likened himself to Spartacus, the  strong, committed, heroic and stoic Greek warrior.

He would sacrifice himself for the better good by defying Senate norms and divulge emails deemed sensitive and face expulsion from the Senate for it. One after another, Senate Democrats each in loud and strong voice claimed ‘I am Spartacus!’,  ‘I am Spartacus!’ thereby blunting any effort for expulsion. They too, thus heroic, steadfast in unity; all facing death and destruction.

The only trouble is that Senator Booker had already gotten approval for the emails to be opened to the public the day before this charade. I thought I had seen it all. The lying, the cheating, the deceit, the disgusting and the nasty but this brings it all to a new level, hollywood style. A sham from a Senator and his Democrat buds who are actually just wannabe actors.

Later it’s purported that he may have actually ‘outed’ some other material deemed sensitive defying Senate rules. In the end, and if true it doesn’t rise to the level of a Spartacus and those Greek warriors. I know they think of themselves as self-effacing and heroic. They’ve said as much and likened themselves to it, all the while showing us the feigning of outrage and performing histrionics with stomping of feet and weeping tears.

Senator Hatch summed it up saying, “I knew Spartacus” and Corey Booker’s no Spartacus.

These Democrats may wannabe dis or they may wannabe dat but in the end they dissed the Senate in unison. These guys are bad for business and an embarressment as they whine on day after day.

The Big Cheese – True to Form!

August 21, 2018 10:57 pmComments Off on The Big Cheese – True to Form!

We talked about how NY State walks all over its citizens and to keep watch for more of the same. Although it’s almost a daily occurance we expected the norm of old mundane outrages and not the  spectacular to hit the news just yet, …but we were wrong.

Just yesterday Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the Big Cheese found it in his heart to let us all know his inner feelings about this Country, revealingly saying that Pres. Trump touts making America ‘great again’ when “America was never great”. We all knew that this high falootin’ head of state had foot ‘n mouth disease but never expected a political suicide born from its complications.

Later and unsuccessfully, he tried to walk it back. Sadly and obviously he earlier spoke truthfully and exposed his inner feelings. His metamorphosis from progressive to radical leftist now complete joining the long line of Democrats who despise America and want it “changed”. His chances as a presidential candidate have gone up in smoke in a split second over just four little words sadly spoken with great zeal in denunciation.

I can’t wait until tomorrow.

NY vs NRA

August 9, 2018 5:50 pmComments Off on NY vs NRA

Hands up!  Cuomo’s NY law got you covered.

If you use a gun to protect yourself in NY State you will be subject to great harm and dragged through the court system, facing bankruptcy and even jail time and all dished out in the courts by our leaders to teach you a lesson. It would be wiser for you to take a bullet, be stabbed, bludgeoned and bloodied  and murdered than use a gun to protect yourself or some one else in this State.

To that end, and to counter these attacks, the NRA made a deal with the insurance company monopoly to insure against these inevitable costs. The heavy hand of the Democrats ruling this State were not happy, it running counter to their politics, decided to  stop it to regain control of their agenda. Fishing for an excuse they sued the insurance companies for not properly administering the contract according to the rules for notification and set upon a simple clerical misstep.

In collusion, and to protect their insurance monopoly status in NY State,  Chubb and Lockton and their underwriter Lloyds of London agreed to pay the Democrat State millions in fines and agree to discontinue the NRA’s insurance and under threat and intimidation, and loss of their franchise, never do it again.

With this victory now complete, the state elders launched into a diatribe of denunciations of the NRA. Styled as regulatory “risk management” advisories, they issued letters encouraging institutions to “take prompt actions” to manage “reputational risk” posed by dealings with “gun promotion organizations.”

The risk is real alright,  but it’s not in dealing with the NRA, it’s in dealing and doing business in NY State and it ought to be a lesson to everyone. If you agree, however to go along to get along a monopoly will be your reward and the market yours and yours alone alongside your Democrat buddies under management.

Then the Big Cheese entered the fray and thusly:

Cuomo issued a press release in which Vullo (Financial Services Superintendent) directly urged “all insurance companies and banks doing business in New York” to “discontinue their arrangements with the NRA.”

“DFS will not tolerate conduct by any entity, licensed or otherwise, in contravention of New York Insurance Law, especially when that conduct is such an egregious violation of public policy designed to protect all citizens,” said Superintendent Vullo.  “Today’s action is part of the Department’s continuing investigation into this matter to uphold and preserve the integrity of New York law.”

Therefore, infringement of your constitutional right to protect yourself and carry a weapon in your defense is “an egregious violation of public policy designed to protect all citizens,” whereas violation of your constitutional right is not an egregious violation of your civil liberties?

The “Carry Guard” program improperly provided coverage in any criminal proceeding against the policyholder or the policyholder’s family members, including coverage for bail money, premiums on bonds, attorney consultation fee and retainer expenses, expenses incurred for the investigation or defense of criminal charges, and costs taxed against the insured or the insured’s resident family member in a criminal proceeding arising out of a shooting.

The “Carry Guard” program “improperly provided coverage” due to a clerical error not a vast right-wing conspiracy.

In addition to attacking the NRA and the second amendment this week Cuomo is also saying how he will not cooperate with ICE because they are a political law enforcement agency engaging in criminal activity.

So stay tuned. The Big Cheese and the Big Apple despite having worms will be issuing more dictums for your pleasure. They have  assaulted the first amendment, the second amendment and the fourth amendment thus far and as of late. With victories in pocket they are on a roll and nothing is sacred.

Stay tuned. You ain’t seen nothin’ yet as these aggressive lefties are way ahead of all of us!

Frivolous

Frivolous is not the name of a new rock band but a way of life for the Rockin ‘n Rollin’ Washington Post.

In the case of the Washington Post fact-checking they are frivolous because they can’t prove or controvert any of their claims that Trump is lying because in each and every fact check they are petty and trifling to the point of deception, down-playing his successes and denying evident truths. He is being reprimanded by a cadre of petty word-smiths that see him dismantling what they have built. They in response, destroying what little remaining credibility they may have left, fabricate foolish arguments.  As statistics are often fungible, those used by Trump though correct are replaced with those of another color to call him a liar.

Obama was not called a liar even though bold and bare-faced he claimed that he had actually reduced the deficit during his term. He was able to get away with that claim by carefully denoting it as a percentage of the GDP. Although he spent more than all of the previous Presidents combined and used deficit-spending to prop-up the economy, Slick left office leaving us with $20 Trillion in debt, and the largest every recorded.

The fact checkers argue that the present growth is a continuation of Obama’s growth and see no difference between Obama’s debt spending,  supporting phony growth and huge deficits, compared with  real sustainable growth engineered by Trumps policies, rewarding the Country with new jobs, new factories and everything associated.

As an example and more to the point and from one of the Washington Posts FACT CHECKS itself:
“Trump long maintained there was no collusion, but now he claims collusion is not even a crime. He’s playing games with words. Conspiracy to defraud the government is certainly a crime. No evidence has emerged of any collusion between the Democrats and Russia, whereas evidence has emerged of many contacts between Trump campaign officials and Russian-linked individuals.”

If you lie as a fact checker and you don’t have a credible arguable basis for your claim your in pig swallow.

The Post claims, “Trump is playing games with words?”,
“No evidence has emerged of any collusion between the Democrats and Russia?”……

except of course, Hillary’s paid use of Russian intelligence and that particular collusion with the Russians, and except for other’s collusion like (D)Rep. Adam Schiff’s collusion with fake Russian agents, exposed in a recording promising him dirt on Donald Trump. Or maybe, the collusion of the Hillary campaign with the DOJ each paying for a portion of the Steele Dossier to use against the Trumpster,  forging a phony investigation to the detriment of the Country and the rule of law. Don’t forget the Washington Post FACT CHECKERS said: “No evidence has emerged of any collusion between the Democrats and Russia?”

Then they frivolously go on to say:  “whereas evidence has emerged of many contacts between Trump campaign officials and Russian-linked individuals?….as if to prove some nefarious act by Trump and Trump officials simply because they met with Russians!

May I dare to say that they all met with Russian officials, both Democrats and Republicans, and they did so in or out of their official capacity, some times discreetly, and other times freely and openly and your not to assume that only if Republicans do it, it is a conspiracy to defraud the people.

Your an “enemy of the people”  if in a position of influence or power misuse that power to disseminate fake stories, lies and deception all of which have severe consequences for real people. Your an “enemy of the people”  if  you’re a rabid partisan cloaked as a bi-partisan. Your an “enemy of the people”  if extolling harassment and hatred causes real people, real bodily harm and this so-called newspaper is guilty of all of it.

Once upon a time, I would read the daily news from the either the NY Times, or the Herald Tribune, the NY Post or the Daily News and accept that I was properly informed of daily events; confident it was all true.

I no longer subscribe to any of them, knowing I’m being mis-informed at every turn. I say tomato. You say tomaato. That doesn’t make me a liar.

ICE is Nice!

3:11 pmComments Off on ICE is Nice!

The Mayor of Philadelphia, in the great state of Pennsylvania and a sanctuary city has decided not to cooperate with our Federal ICE enforcement agency. This after a small rally against ICE in front of City Hall. He has said that he would prefer to abolish ICE if he could but do what he could and withhold any information for them to use to round-up people (illegal aliens) and send them home. He joins a long list of sanctuary city mayors and State governors that refuse to cooperate with ICE enforcement.

Since illegal immigrants move freely and fluidly throughout the United States once within our borders the overall issue is solely within federal jurisdiction. It affects the Nation as a whole and without full cooperation from all citizen representatives it adversely affects the whole of the Country. Fighting against a federal agency policy that they don’t agree with is OK, I guess, but with it should come consequences for violating an oath to enforce the law. Generally in a civil society, you enforce the law and implement it and thereafter lodge your lawsuit or complaint. Doing otherwise subjects them to sanctions.

Federal money transfers to these States should be contingent on full cooperation but it is not as of the present. If your not a player, you should pay a price, by either losing shared funds from the Treasury or subject to non-cooperation on other matters vital and relevant. Withholding federal money transfers to these States is limited to grants and the like as the bulk of these transfers are included in the federal budget and not subject to review.

The Federal budget must now have contingencies. They should empower Congress to act against uncooperative jurisdictions. They should be able to withhold their support of federal initiatives enacted into federal law by withholding federal funds and stopping other helpful initiatives to these jurisdictions. The Administration should be able to declare it and the Congress should be able to act upon that referral by a vote, either up or down.

The Country is becoming balkanized and lawless. Representatives are enforcing laws they agree with and ignoring those with which they disagree. This lawlessness is becoming a trend and must be addressed here and now. We cannot allow any more of this to continue as it adversely affects our unity and our resolve. Between political espionage and selective enforcement and the quid pro cuo’s that are arising, further deterioration must be stopped.

There’s a right way and a wrong way to address complaints and disagreements. We are heaped in the wrong way because we have allowed rogues passage without recourse.

Rope these dopes for ICE is nice!
